Died in the same year as his father
Levi bought one slave named Pompeii in 1876 [? after the Civil War ?] for the price of 30 pounds. From 1782 through 1800 Levi owned from 150 to 200 acres as per the land tax records. This was in the area of Amelia county that was known as Deatonville. All that remains of the area is the town sign and the Sandy Creek Baptist Church.
