My great great grandfather Wilson owned property here (per his obituary). His oldest son William lived here for several years (and had a portrait made at a local photographer).

I wanted to find out just where these two had property or a house. Went to the Recorders office as well as the auditor to search their books. Unfortunately, I found too little. There was a mention of William purchasing property but no date nor the other person involved in the transaction or what property was transacted. It is as if the clerk back then started to write it but got interrupted and never came back to finish writing the transaction. Disappointing.
