I was in Philadelphia on a trip a couple of years ago. This time I came for two reasons. One was to visit the campus of the University of Pennsylvania, an Ivy League school. The second was to see the Benjamin Franklin Memorial, that famous statue of him. Ben is my all-time favorite person in history. The memorial is part of the national park system. BUT ALAS, I MISSED PHILADELPHIA BECAUSE OF TRAFFIC IN BALTIMORE. RAINING EVERYWHERE I WENT THE ENTIRE DAY PROBBALY HELPED SLOW DOWN THINGS TOO
