Two reasons to visit here. One, photograph the state capitol building, #37 of 50. Second, to visit President Clinton's library towards my goal of visiting all U.S. Presidential homes/libraries, his making #24 of 43.

Due to construction (18 miles worth!) on the highway leading to Little Rock from Pine Bluff, I left early. I arrived at Clinton's place half hour before it opened. Since I wanted to try to get an earlier flight out of Dallas (a six hour drive away) back to KC, and, still had some other stops (SMU and Bush-2) including lunch, I decided to skip waiting around and continue on with my trip. So I only saw the outside of Clinton's library. Not sure there was much in there I really wanted to see anyway since I lived that era and cared little to re-live it. And, very little historically that affects the future happened during his administration
