I needed a place to spend the night after visiting Crater Lake about 70 miles north of here. From looking at maps, I thought this place would be a beautiful mountain resort type town. Took a couple of photos along the highway leading out of the south entrance of Crater Lake National Park. Further south was the huge Upper Klamath Lake (about 15 miles long). But when I got to the actual town of Klamath Falls, it was nothing like a resort town I was expecting (such as one would see in western Colorado) but more like a town one would see in the Midwest but a town that had not been kept up that well.
