Hutchinson, Kansas is about fifty miles southeast of the center point of the state. It has the Cosmosphere and Space Center. The parking lot of the Cosmosphere is shared with the nearby college. The building is on the northeast corner of 11th and Plum. However, the entrance to the parking lot is one block east of Plum.
