Mesa Verde National Park is ten miles east of Cortez, CO in the extreme southwest corner of Colorado. It preserves the Cliff Dweller buildings. This visitor center is several miles south of the ruins site. Tickets for guided tours of the ruins (the only way to view them other than at a distance) must be purchased here.
