A copy of a 'Delayed or Special Certificate of Birth' of Edwin Lawrence Wilson. Edwin needed a copy of his birth certificate in 1952 in order to apply for a veteran's pension. John Lodwick, a friend of the family, signed it as the notary public. Listed as supporting evidence of the document was an affidavit by Russell Greiner.
