Sisters Helen Eaton (1905-1971) and Muriel Eaton (1903-1909), daughters of Isabella Searls and Ray Eaton. Picture was probably taken in 1908 or 1909, sometime shortly before Muriel was killed in an accident in which she was crushed between a gate and a fence post.
