The Green county Kentucky courthouse records dated Mar.28, 1814 says: On the motion of Elizabeth Bass it is ordered that William Phillips [?]son Francis Graves and William Barnett or any two of them be appointed to state and settle with her as administrations of the estate ofJosiah Bass deceased and that they also divide allot and set apart to the widower dowers in her deceased husband's estate and report thesame to court'.
