From the book 'Abstracts of Chester county Pennsylvania' for land records in Book D volume 4 page 284 is a deed dated Mar.13-14, 1722 in which 400 acres in London Grove of Chester county was granted to James Lindley. In his will dated Dec.08, 1726, James Lindley states that his four sons -- Thomas, James, Robert and William -- each get 200 acres when they attain age 21, and, that his son Thomas pays his sister Rachel 30 pounds when she attains age 21.
