In his will, Jeffrey names his wife Judith (along with her son Henry Mills, thus, Jeffrey was her second husband), daughter Elizabeth Bass [the ancestor] and his sons (to whom he bequeaths to each one or two negroes) Jeffrey Jr., Tyrea, Nicholas, David, Mills, Matthew. He says that Nicholas and Matthew are to be the executors of his will.
