This line goes back many generations into the 800's the Lusignan line is one of the earliest direct descendants of William the Conqueror. Jeanne's paternal lineage is: Hughes (1240-1291), Hugh (1221-1250), Hughes (1185-1249), Hughes (-1219). The Hughes (-1219) was the brother of Raoul (1154-1219) that was the father of Maud (-1241) in the line with the Family ID of "LUSIG2". Thus, Maud was a first cousin of the great grandfather of Jeanne.
